Elkhorn’s boys swim team picked up another area meet championship Saturday.

The Elks won seven of 11 events to score 475 team points and cruised to the title at Racine Park’s Racine Invite. Racine Case was second at 347, while Lake Geneva Badger was fourth (257.5) and Janesville Parker fifth (257.5).

Hunter Johnson won the 200 free, the 100 butterfly and was part of the winning 400 free relay for the Elks. Fellow sophomore Lucas Koepke won both the 50 and 100 free races and was part of the relay, as well.

Lake Geneva Badger won the 200 free relay.

Parker had two second-place finishes. Garrett Leach was second in the 100 backstroke (59.47), and Nathan Warda took second in the 500 free (5:26.19).

Conference swim meets are next Saturday.
