— No charges are expected in the case of a man who was lying unconscious under a parked truck when he was run over in the Alpine Valley Music Theater parking lot.

Walworth County Sheriff’s Capt. Scott McClory said in a news release that at 12:05 a.m. Monday the driver of a 1998 Dodge Ram 1500 was exiting the grass parking lot when he drove over another concertgoer, who was unconscious near the rear tires under his truck.

Emergency responders arrived at the scene, according to the news release, and the man underneath the truck was taken to Aurora Lakeland Medical Center in Elkhorn and treated for a partially severed ear and ankle injury.

The driver had not been drinking alcohol, according to the news release, and the two men did not know each other.

Why would skunk, possum and raccoon be involved with drugs/alchohol?

OMG! It's like all the skunk, possum, and raccoon you see sleeping on the roads these days. Why on earth do they do that! LOL I'd be willing to bet there was alcohol/drugs involved.
