I love the fact that health & fitness is so important to people. I've found that by working on the personal growth part and changing the way I think (more positive media in, the more positive media out) everything on this list just seems to come naturally..EVERYTHING! I tried focusing on each one individually for a long time and found myself running in quicksand! When I started to invest in my mind, everything else has come to fruition many times over. Hope that helps people!!!!! Happy New Year and God Bless Everyone!
