Thursday morning (3/10), my wife and I went to the capitol to visit Rep. Wynn about our concerns over his and the Governor's take on the Budget Repair Bill and the proposed biennial Budget. When we arrived, we found out that we were "locked out" of our State Capitol. Kathy and I have been life-long Wisconsin residents. In 60-years, we have never been "locked-out" of our State Capitol. It's interesting to see that not only did the governor order our State Capitol doors locked.....he also had the windows bolted shut, (as this picture shows). This is NOT the Wisconsin Kathy and I grew up in!
