First and second grade students at Harrison Elementary in Janesville, Jackson Elementary in Elkhorn and kids from the Janesville Boys & Girls Club answered several questions for the Gazette about what makes their dads special in honor of Father's Day.
What makes your dad special to you?
"He teaches me new things, makes awesome steak and great popcorn, plays soccer with me, and can fix anything."
What is your favorite thing to do with your dad?
"Play video games together, watch TV, go on bike rides, and take vacations."
How does your family celebrate Father’s Day?
"By letting him rest, giving him a cookie pie, and he makes his favorite supper; steak on the grill, baked potatoes, and salad."
