Mildred "Milly" Wroblewski, age 92, of Janesville, WI, died Sunday, December 31, 2017, at Cedar Crest. She was born in New Richmond, WI on November 26, 1925, the daughter of Gust and Myrtle (Monson) Nelson. She graduated from the School for the Visually Handicapped in 1945. Milly married Charles Wroblewski on October 5, 1946, at St. Gerard's Catholic Church, Milwaukee. They moved to Janesville in 1973 where she continued to raise her family and work as a house-parent at the School for the Visually Handicapped. She was a member of Oakhill Christian Church. She enjoyed church and her church family, entertaining, and playing games, especially scrabble, cribbage, and cards. Milly is survived by a son, Tom (Mindi) Wroblewski of Port St. Lucie, FL; three daughters: Susan (Dan) Nicholson of Aurora, OR, Carolyn (Michael) Preston and Barbara Hunter of Graeagle, CA; ten grandchildren: Karin, Chris, Michelle, Jennifer, Daniel, Rebekah, Megan, Seth, Alyssa and Ivan; 17 great-grandchildren; brother, Earl (Carol) Nelson of Redmond, OR; and sister Ellen (Al) Brovick of Janesville, WI. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; brothers, Stanley and Kenneth; and sisters, Jeanette and Margaret. A Funeral Service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, January 12, 2018, at SCHNEIDER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY with Steve Dean officiating. A visitation will be held on Thursday from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at SCHNEIDER FUNERAL HOME.
