John “Jack” “Tiny” A. Heller; 62, of Elkhorn, WI, died Friday, March 8, 2013, at Aurora Burlington Memorial Hospital Burlington, WI. He was born on March 4, 1951, in Elkhorn, the son of Eldon and Joyce (Walters) Heller. Jack graduated from Elkhorn High School with the Class of 1969. He was united in marriage to the former Alice Leibner on March 26, 1982, in Elkhorn. Jack drove truck for many years. He owned and operated John Heller Trucking from 1995, until he retired due to ill health in 2008.
Jack is survived by his wife of 30 years, Alice; three children: Joanna (Tim Hagberg) Heller of Elkhorn, Benjamin (Nikki Bukouras) Heller of Elkhorn and Samuel (Tess Warner) Heller of Lake Geneva, WI; two grandchildren, Madalyn and Braeden; his mother, Joyce Heller of Elkhorn; one sister, Vicki (Deke) Jones of Whitewater, WI; five brothers: Ronald Heller of Elkhorn, Donald Heller of Whitewater, WI, James Heller of Elkhorn, David Heller of Elkhorn and William (Kate) Heller of New Berlin, WI; he is further survived by a host of other relatives; and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Eldon; and an infant brother, Richard.
Memorial service will be at 7:30 p.m. Thursday March 14, 2013, at HAASE-LOCKWOOD & ASSOCIATES FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY 730 N. Wisconsin St. Elkhorn, WI, with Rev. Dr. Scott McLeod officiating.
