Carroll O. Dorsha, Janesville  (1931 - 2013)

Carroll O. Dorsha, 81, of Janesville, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 27, 2013, at St. Elizabeth Manor in Footville. He was born on Aug. 3, 1931, in Plainfield, WI, the son of Charles and Myrtle (Bennett) Dorsha. Carroll served in the U. S. Army from Feb. 7, 1952, until Jan. 20, 1954. He married Sandra Kay Farberg on May 20, 1966. She preceded him in death on April 15, 2000. Carroll was employed by General Motors for 31 years. He was a member of U.A.W. Local # 95 and the American Legion.
Surviving are three children: Duane of Florida, Charles (Melissa) of Bedford, TX, and Jason (Danyel) of Janesville; two grandchildren, Kasey and Mackenzie; several nieces and nephews. In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by four brothers: Rich, Frank, Douglas and Dale; and one sister, Hazel.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 6, 2013, at HENKE-CLARSON FUNERAL HOME with The Rev. John Auby officiating. Entombment will be in the Mt. Olivet Cemetery Mausoleum with military rites by the American Legion Post #205 Military Honors Team. Visitation will be from 10 until 11 a.m. Wednesday at the HENKE-CLARSON FUNERAL HOME.
