Christine Sue (Kneiert) Ottow, age 45, of East Troy, WI, was born into eternal life on Sunday, Jan. 27, 2013, surrounded by her loving family. Chris was born in Elkhorn, WI, on June 1, 1967, to James and Phyllis (Western) Kneiert. She was a lifelong resident of East Troy, WI. She graduated from East Troy High School in 1985. Chris was married to Douglas Ottow on Oct. 26, 1991. She was employed as a Customer Service Representative at MBM Food Corporation since 1993. Chris loved her family and the simple things in life: crocheting, Loon Lake, "I Love Lucy", puzzles, air shows, and taking long drives near Lake Michigan. She was an avid fan of the Packers and Dale Earnhardt, Jr.
Chris is survived by her loving husband, Douglas; daughters, and best friend, Stacy McCauley, Jessica (Glenn Gellings); son, Jason; granddaughters, Brittani, JennaLu; grandsons, Hunter, Gavin; parents, James and Phyllis; sister, Lisa (Scott) Dragotta; sister-in-law, Debra (Steven) Harrison; brother-in-law, Darrell (Christine) Ottow, Jr; niece, Kimberly Dragotta; nephews, and Godson, Dustin Dragotta, Tim Bice, Derek Bice; and other family and friends. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Harley and Dorothy (Cramp) Kneiert, Mendus and Marian (Emling) Western; father and mother-in-law, Darrell and Lucille (Zarndtorff) Ottow.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, Jan. 31, 2013, at the SCHMIDT & BARTELT FUNERAL HOME from 4 until 7 p.m. and on Friday, Feb. 1, from 10 a.m. until the time of funeral service at 11 a.m. at the FUNERAL HOME.
