Lois I. Binder, 82, of Lake Como, WI, died Thursday, Jan. 10, 2013, at the Aurora Lakeland Medical Center, Elkhorn, WI. Lois was born June 20, 1930, in Park Ridge, IL, the daughter of Edward and Lillian Detlefson Teegen. She was united in marriage to Eugene Binder on June 5, 1949, in Park Ridge, and he preceded her in death on March 11, 1997.
Lois is survived by three daughters: Donna (Bob) Dixon of Harvard, IL, Susan Schlick of Elkhorn, WI, and Karen Juga of Kenosha, WI; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; brother, Edward (Susi) Teegen of Janesville, WI; and a sister-in-law, Helen Teegen of Lake Geneva, WI. She was preceded in death by her parents; and a brother, Oscar Teegen.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, Jan. 14, 2013, at the STEINKE FUNERAL HOME with Pastor Mark Moller-Gunderson of the Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church officiating. Burial at the Oak Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Monday from 12 p.m. until time of services.
