William A. Rohleder, Fontana, WI  (1934 - 2012)

William A. Rohleder, age 78, of Fontana, WI, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 21, 2012, at Mercy Hospital in Janesville, WI. He was born Jan. 13, 1934, in Chicago, IL, the son of William and Mary Rohleder. He married Audrey Markham Sept. 9, 1934, in Chicago, she preceded him in death April 29, 2002. He, then, married Lorraine McGuire Dec. 27, 2003, in Waukesha, WI. William retired from the Chicago Fire Department after 34 years of service. He was a member of St. Benedict Catholic Church in Fontana, WI.
William is survived by his wife, Lorraine of Fontana; four children: Patrick of Lake Geneva, WI, Michael of Elkhorn, WI, Thomas (Joelle) of Walworth, WI, and Katherine Rohleder of Kenosha, WI; two step children, Linda (Dennis) Jones of Grimes, IA, and Lisa (Troy) Viegut of Waukesha, WI; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; nine step grandchildren; three step great-grandchildren; and one sister, Maryann Lenkart of Lake Geneva, WI. He was preceded in death by one daughter and one sister.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2012, at ST. BENEDICT CATHOLIC CHURCH in Fontana, WI. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memory Gardens.
Friends may visit with the family from 4 until 8 p.m. Monday at TOYNTON'S WALWORTH FUNERAL HOME and one hour prior to the Mass Tuesday at the Church.
In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, the family request memorials to St. Colletta's School.
