Robert K. "Bob" Goldmann, 71, of Janesville, formerly of Chicago, passed away on Monday, Nov. 5, 2012, at Rock Haven, Janesville. He was born on Feb. 16, 1941, in Chicago, son of the late Max and Rose (Schank) Goldmann. Bob was a drafting engineer for the Plibrico Boiler Company, in Chicago. He liked to bowl, watch the Bears, Cubs and sports of all kinds.
Bob is survived by two daughters, Christine Goldmann of Janesville, and Jennifer (Michael) Goldmann-Ackerman of Antioch, IL; one granddaughter, Trisha (Brian) Cusick; one great-granddaughter, Kenlyn Cusick, one great-grandson, Landon Cusick, all of Janesville; one sister, Carol (Zataniel) Ortega of Chicago; one brother, William (Kathy) Goldmann of Palatine, IL; nieces, nephews and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 8, 2012, with a visitation to follow until 6 p.m. at the EHLERT FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICES, US HWY 51 S, Edgerton, with Father Randy Timmerman officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Arlington Heights, IL, at 10 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 9, 2012. Condolences may be expressed at ehlertfuneralhome.com
