June Sannes Anclam, Janesville  (1923 - 2012)

June (Sannes) Anclam passed away at St. Mary’s Hospital in Janesville, WI, on May 17, 2012. She was born June 25, 1923, in Clinton, WI, the daughter of Rudy and Margaret Sannes. She graduated from Janesville High School in 1941, was employed by the Veteran’s Service Office at the Rock County Court House for 30 years, and an active member of The “41 Club”. June married W.C, “Bill” Anclam on June 17, 1943, in Huntington, WV.
She was preceded in death by her husband; eldest daughter, Linda Moston; and brother, Carl Sannes. She is survived by her daughter, Dawn Egan; sister, Gloria Ransom; sister-in-law, Louise Sannes;, brother-in-law, Howard Bressler; and many nieces and nephews. June has four grandchildren:-James Egan of Pittsburgh, PA, Anthony Egan and wife, Blythe Siddall of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, Ryan Moston of Sun Prairie, WI, and Chad Moston of Los Angeles, CA. She is great-grandmother to Caden Moston of Lake Mills, WI, and Jasper James Egan of HCMC, Vietnam.
There will be a remembrance of June during the church service at the CONGREGATIONAL CHURCH in Emerald Grove on Sunday, May 20, 2012, beginning at 9:30 a.m. As she requested her body has been donated to the Anatomy Department at the University of WI, Medical School.
