Diane Propst, Janesville  (1942 - 2012)

Diane Propst, age 69, passed away April 29, 2012, at Agrace Hospice Care Inc. in Fitchburg. She was born June 24, 1942, in Beloit, WI, to Willard and Bonnita (Burtis) Propst. She was married to David Brunsell. Together they had two children. Diane later married George Smart. She worked at General Motors for ten years before retiring. Diane will be fondly remembered for collecting Santa’s and Angels, stitching, quilting and stained glass.
Diane is survived by her children, Pauline “PJ” (Scott Richmond) of Janesville, and Michael (Stacy) Brunsell of Janesville; two grandchildren, Dillon and Devon, both at home in Janesville; three brothers: Jerry (Susan) Propst of Janesville, Rolland (Diane) Propst of Evansville, WI, and Everett (Debrah) Propst of Evansville; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, May 4, 2012, at ALL FAITHS FUNERAL CHAPEL, 1618 E. Racine St., Janesville. A visitation will be held on Thursday, May 3, 2012 from 4 until 7 p.m. at ALL FAITHS FUNERAL CHAPEL. Visitation will also be held from 10 a.m. until the time of service on Friday at the FUNERAL HOME.
