Ruth Ann Linneman, Janesville  (1944 - 2012)

JRuth Ann Linneman, age 68, of Janesville, died Friday, Feb. 3, 2012, at her home following a long battle with dementia and cancer. She was born in Janesville on Jan. 29, 1944, the daughter of Arnold and Erna (Marsh) Farlow. A Janesville resident all her life, Ruth married Theodore “Ted” Linneman on Jan. 11, 1964, at First Lutheran Church. She worked as a receptionist for the Janesville Medical Center, for Wicks n Sticks, and retired in 2004 as a bookkeeper from Eastside Citgo. Ruth was a member of St. Peter’s Lutheran Church and enjoyed gardening and home interior decorating.
She is survived by her husband, Ted; two daughters, Keri (Timothy) Titus and Jodi (Michael) Monat; four grandchildren: Steven (Lindsey) Linneman, Matthew Titus, Megan and Adam Monat, all of Janesville; two great-grandsons, Owen and Liam Linneman; a sister, Mary Ann Farlow of Milton; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and an infant brother, Thomas.
