Caroline E. Buhler, age 88, of Delavan, WI, passed away Wednesday Dec. 5, 2012, at her home in Delavan. She was born on Oct. 15, 1924 in Burlington WI, the daughter of William and Anna (Meyers) Frey. Caroline was united in marriage to Robert Buhler at Camp Carson Colorado and he preceded her in death on Dec. 30, 2004. Caroline was a family oriented person, she loved her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren dearly. She was a active member of St. Andrews Catholic Church in Delavan.
Caroline is survived by her two daughters, Linda McCormick of Elkhorn, WI, and Cindy Buhler of Delavan; her son, Steve (Becky) Buhler of Delavan; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; her sister, Jeanette (Lee) Sideras of West Allis, WI; brother-in-law, Richard (Carol) Buhler of Racine, WI. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert; and three sisters.
Funeral Mass will be 1 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 11, 2012, AT ST. ANDREWS CATHOLIC CHURCH in Delavan, WI, with Fr. Jim Schuerman officiating. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to service time at 1 p.m. at the CHURCH. Memorials may be made to St. Andrews Catholic School. MONROE FUNERAL HOME in Delavan, WI, is assisting the family.
