Grace E. Bennett Cullen Duchesneau, Janesville  (1921 - 2010)

Grace E. Bennett Cullen Duchesneau, 88, died Thursday, Feb. 4, 2010, in Mercy Manor, Janesville, WI. She was born Nov. 24, 1921, in Genoa, IL, the daughter of Marion H. and Teresa A. Coffman Bennett. Grace was a graduate of Genoa High School. She married Harold Cullen on June 26, 1948. He predeceased her in Oct. of 1970. Grace later married Aldaige “Al” Duchesneau in Ja. of 1973. He predeceased her in July of 1976. Grace was employed by Fairbanks Morse Company for 30 years, retiring in 1989. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star Genoa-Dekalb Chapter since 1941, and of the Fairbanks Morse Quarter Century Club. Grace was a quilt maker and loved to travel, especially her trips to Hawaii, England and Scotland.
Survivors include her nephew, Dale (Gail) Craker of South Bend, IN; step daughter, Diane (James) Mitchell of Pell City, AL; step niece, Kathleen (David) Stanton of Janesville, WI; step daughter-in-law, Phyllis Duchesneau of Racine, WI; eight step grandchildren; 16 step great-grandchildren; one step great-great-grandson. She was predeceased by her parents; husbands; sister, Bonnie Bennett Craker; three step-sons: Robert L. Duchesneau, Jerry A. Duchesneau and Harold Cullen Jr.; and step son-in-law, William Daniels.
