John P. Bowen Sr., Janesville  (1959 - 2010)

John P. Bowen Sr., 50, Amherst, WI, formerly of Janesville, passed away early Saturday, Jan. 30, 2010, at the Lakeview Specialty Hospital, Waterford, WI. He was born on Sept. 19, 1959, son of the late Richard E. and Mary Ann (Dovark) Bowen.
John is survived by his three children: Jessica (Chad) Sisko, John P. (Melissa) Bowen Jr., and Colleen (Jamie) Evans, all of Janesville; his brother, Richard (Sharon) Bowen of Amherst, WI; his four sisters: Liz Klein of Monroe, WI, Margaret "Midge" Ackerman of Clinton, Marilyn (husband, Geoffrey Tabakin) Nelson of St. Cloud, MN, and Barbara Janikowski of Sun Prairie, WI; his five grandchildren; and by nieces, nephews, and friends.
There will be a Memorial Visitation celebrating John's life Saturday, Feb. 6, 2010, from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the WHITCOMB-LYNCH-ALBRECHT FUNERAL HOME, JANESVILLE, 15 N. Jackson St.
