Lawrence "Larry" E. Gasperik, 58, of Delavan, WI, passed away on Saturday, Oct. 24, 2009, at Mercy Hospital in Lake Geneva, WI. He was born on July 4, 1951, in Chicago, IL. He was the son of Charles Brown & Ione, and was later adopted by Ernest & June Gasperik. Larry was a Veteran and served in the U.S. Navy for many years. His hobbies were working on his computer, watching Law & Order, and making movies every day for his family.
He is survived by his fiancée of seven years, Jennifer L. Cervantes; sons: Michael (Cami) of Texas, Ernie of California, and Dominick, still at home; stepchildren: Justin Cervantes, Roxanne, Earl & Marrissa Lanman, all still at home; sisters: Kathy, Linda & Jenny of Chicago, IL, and Diane of Harvard, IL; brothers, Joe & Tim of Chicago, IL; two granddaughters, Jane & Corinna of Texas; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
A memorial service is set for 10:30 a.m. Monday, Nov. 2, 2009, at LUTHER MEMORIAL CHURCH in Delavan, WI.
