SHERRI M. BROCK, 52, of W3740 Eastman St., Lake Geneva, with second-offense possession of marijuana. Town of Linn police say on Dec. 26, they stopped Brock for not wearing a seatbelt and found her with marijuana and a one-hitter pipe.

JOSEPH M. FOX, 27, of Zion, Illinois, with second-offense possession of marijuana. Walworth County sheriff’s deputies say on July 2 in the town of Darien, they stopped Fox, who was a passenger in a car, with 4.8 grams of marijuana.

MATHEW G. FOXHOOD, 20, of 168 N. Fraternity Lane, No. 3, Whitewater, with one count of escape. Walworth County sheriff’s deputies say on April 5, Foxhood left for his jail work release privileges to see his probation agent but did not return to the jail.

RORY S. HALL, 57, of 821 W. Gorman St., No. 3, Elkhorn, with strangulation and suffocation, battery, fourth-degree sexual assault, and disorderly conduct, all with domestic abuse assessments. Elkhorn police say on Dec. 24, Hall choked and fondled a woman he knows without her consent. The woman also told police he had kneed her, slapped her and recently tried to have sex with her before she fought him off.

CULLEN R. HOLLIAN, 19, of 61 W. Sedgemeadow St., Elkhorn, with strangulation and suffocation and disorderly conduct, both with domestic abuse assessments. Elkhorn police say on Dec. 24, Hollian got into an argument with a woman he knows and grabbed the woman by her collar “really tight,” causing her pain and discomfort.

JAMIE L. LUCKE, 32, of Wisconsin Dells, with attempted battery to a law enforcement officer, resisting an officer and disorderly conduct. City of Delavan police say on Dec. 23, Lucke was intoxicated and refused to call someone to whom he could be released, so he was eventually detained. Police said Lucke also struck an officer’s chest with a closed fist.

BRADLEY J. MANKO, 27, of Colgate, with strangulation and suffocation and domestic conduct with domestic abuse assessments. Whitewater police say on Jan. 2, 2017, Manko strangled a woman he knew for about 20 to 30 seconds until the woman feared she would die.

DOMINIC M. ROTH, 19, of 433 Autumn Drive, No. 105, Delavan, with sexual assault of a child younger than 16 and strangulation and suffocation. City of Delavan police say on Feb. 24, Roth had sex with a young girl he knew, got angry she was on her phone and choked her before later physically throwing her out of a home.

TERA M. SEDIVY, 41, of Lemont, Illinois, with battery to an emergency rescue worker and disorderly conduct with domestic abuse assessments. Town of Geneva police say on Jan. 6, Sedivy got into an altercation at the Ridge Resort hotel bar while intoxicated before she was eventually taken away on a gurney where she struck an ambulance EMT.

JOSHUA A. SILVERMAN, 36, of 1327 W. Main St., No. 1, Lake Geneva, with a repeater count of possession of narcotic drugs. Lake Geneva police say on July 3, Silverman took prescription medication (methylphenidate) from someone he knew.

DEMARIO T. WILSON, 30, address listed as the Dane County Jail, Madison, with burglary and two counts of misdemeanor theft. Whitewater police say on Jan. 18, 2017, Wilson broke into a home and stole a checkbook.
