KRISTA L. HEMPLE ANDERSON, 51, of Shullsburg, and SAMUEL AKINS JR., 46, of Dubuque, Iowa, with felony party to retail theft. They are accused of working together to steal coats and other clothing Sunday at Kohl’s in Janesville Mall.

JYLEXYIAH E. REED, 19, of 1717 Green Forest Run, No. 207, Janesville, with identity theft/avoidance, possession of cocaine and bail jumping. She is accused of possession of a package of suspected cocaine weighing 0.15 ounce and of giving a false name when arrested Oct. 18 on Shopiere Road by town of Turtle police.

TIMOTHY J. A. KYSER, 25, of 2437 S. Country Lane, Beloit, with possession of narcotics and drug paraphernalia. He is accused of possessing a small amount of crack cocaine and a pipe when arrested Sunday on Riverside Drive, town of Beloit.

BRIAN S. STREETER, 39, of 852 Moore St., Beloit, with threat to police officer, obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct. He is accused of physically resisting, using vulgar language and threatening to harm officers who arrested him after a disturbance Sunday on South Fayette Avenue in the town of Beloit.


THEFT reported at 7:30 a.m. Tuesday on the 1600 block of Shannon Drive, Janesville. Vehicle reported stolen from driveway.


INTERSECTION OF COURT STREET AND SUNRISE DRIVE at 10:41 a.m. Monday. Vehicle driven by Onnah Nate Tadder, 16, of 19 Northside Drive, Milton, collided with a vehicle driven by Darron L. Wilson, 37, of 1332 Jackson St., Beloit. Tadder looked to the right to change lanes going eastbound on Court Street. When Tanner looked forward, she did not have time to stop and collided with Wilson, who was stopped waiting to turn left. Tadder and passenger Kaila M. Welch, 17, of 3734 Red Stone Drive, Janesville, were transported to Mercyhealth Hospital and Trauma Center with possible injuries. does not condone or review every comment.
