SAMANTHA MARIE ESTEP, 25, of Twin Lakes, at 10:31 a.m. Monday at 100 N. Jackson St., Janesville, on a charge of second-degree recklessly endangering safety.

OWI arrests

NIKOLAS B. GRAVES, 22, of 2317 E. Huebbe Parkway, town of Turtle, at 9:25 p.m. Friday at South Creek Road and East Huebbe Parkway, town of Turtle. He also was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia.

WANDA L. BEMBENEK, 65, of 1202 5th Avenue, Woodruff, at 1:43 p.m. Sunday at Highway 14 and North Fellows Road, town of Porter.

JAY A. RICE, 32, of 1608 Wisconsin Ave., Beloit, at 9:32 p.m. Sunday at Central and White avenues, Beloit. He also was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

VEHICLE THEFT reported at 11:05 a.m. Sunday at 1425 Gartland Ave., Janesville.

BURGLARY reported at 11:54 a.m. Sunday in the 1400 block of Mole Avenue, Janesville. Three firearms were reported stolen from the property.

Accidents

KING AND SOUTH CHATHAM STREETS, Janesville, at 8:12 a.m. Friday after sports utility vehicle driven by Desiree Marie Justice, 26, of 1210 King St., No. 7, Janesville, was struck by a pickup truck driven by Elizabeth Ann Crowe, 34, of 1540 Killdeer Lane, Janesville. Justice was driving west on King Street when Crowe, driving south on Chatham Street, failed to stop at a stop sign and hit Justice's vehicle, sending it up onto a curb and into a house. Crowe and Justice's 7-year-old passenger suffered possible injuries, and Justice suffered a suspected minor injury. Crowe was cited for failure to yield and operating with no proof of insurance. Justice was cited for operating with no insurance.

KETTERING STREET AND MILTON AVENUE, Janesville, at 3:53 p.m. Friday after a car driven by Trent T. Ellis, 19, of 708 Charles St., Fort Atkinson, rear-ended a car whose driver braked suddenly to avoid hitting the vehicle ahead. Ellis was transported to Fort HealthCare, Fort Atkinson, with a suspected minor injury. He was cited for following too close.
