JEFFREY R. KECK, 30, of 2905 Woodlane Drive, No. 8, Janesville, with driving a car without owner consent. He is accused of renting a car in Benton Harbor, Michigan, on May 18 and not returning it.

CONOR D. ECKERT, 24, of 1423 S. Willard Ave., Janesville, with two counts of violating a child-abuse restraining order. He is accused of violating court orders to have no contact with two children by visiting their residence in Janesville.


JOHN LLOYD ISAACSON, 56, of 1607 Vine St., Beloit, at 12:11 p.m. Thursday at 2001 Morse St., Janesville, for retail theft of more than $500 but less than $5,000.


THEFT at 6:57 p.m. Tuesday in the 400 block of North Parker Drive. An unknown suspect stole a carton of Newport Menthol cigarettes from the Citgo gas station.

BURGLARY at 11:25 a.m. Saturday in the 200 block of South Jackson Street. An unknown suspect took an air compressor cable, a Bosch miter saw, a Milwaukee skill saw, a Saw-Max tool saw and a Wagner paint sprayer from an apartment building.


WEST COURT AND SOUTH JACKSON STREETS, at 5:21 p.m. Tuesday. A vehicle eastbound on West Court Street struck a southbound vehicle on South Jackson Street. The driver of one of the vehicles, Jenece Bell Bettis, 53, of 11 South Locust St., Beloit, was taken to Mercyhealth Hospital and Trauma Center, Janesville.
