Intoxicated driving arrests

RICARDO S. ORTIZ, 29, of 333 N. High St., No. 6, Janesville, at 5:04 a.m. Saturday on Highway 51 near Beloit-Rock Townline Road. He was thrown from his vehicle and transported for medical treatment. The arrest was listed as his second for intoxicated driving.

AARON O. LAVERY, 26, of 9929 W. Highway 11, Janesville, at 3:09 a.m. Sunday at County A and Highway 213, town of Magnolia. Also cited for open intoxicants and drug paraphernalia.


DAVID M. KNOBLE, 25, of 602 Sutherland Ave., Janesville, with resisting an officer/causing soft-tissue injury, criminal damage and disorderly conduct as domestic abuse. He is accused of breaking the cellphone of a woman he knows and slashing a tire on a car belonging to a second woman he knows and struggling with officers as they tried to take him into custody Saturday night.
