Intoxicated driving arrest

CARL M. FAIRBET, 30, of 9402 E. Lima-Johnstown Townline Road, Milton, at 7:04 p.m. Wednesday at 740 E. Saint Mary’s St., Milton. The offense was cited as Fairbet’s first for intoxicated driving.

THEFT reported at 10:47 a.m. Wednesday in the 1600 block of Finneran Road, town of Magnolia. A tractor and tractor parts valued at $530 were reported stolen from an auction.

THEFT reported at 8:05 a.m. Wednesday in the 1400 block of Canyon Drive, Janesville. A wallet was reported stolen from a vehicle.

THEFT reported at 12:29 p.m. Tuesday in the 400 block of Mineral Point Court, Janesville. Methadone and Ritalin medications were reported stolen from a residence.

THEFT reported at 11:02 a.m. Tuesday at J.D. Byrider’s car dealership, 3316 N. Pontiac Drive, Janesville. A recently repossessed vehicle was reported stolen.

Charged

RICK J. SCHROEDER, 19, of 603 W. Sunny Lane, Janesville, with possession with intent to deliver marijuana and two counts of bail jumping. He is accused of possessing the marijuana in a car at 5:40 p.m. Wednesday in a parking lot at Rockport Park, Janesville.

Charged

CASANDRA E. BENTLEY, 28, of 413 Westlawn Ave., Elkhorn, with identity theft, misdemeanor theft and fraudulent use of a credit card. Whitewater police say on April 6, Bentley stole a purse and used the financial cards at a Wal-Mart to buy a TV.

CHRISTINA M. RAMIREZ, 33, of W3291 Willow Road, Lake Geneva, with attempting to flee a traffic officer and operating without a license for the second time in three years. Lake Geneva police say on April 27, Ramirez fled from officers, reaching speeds of over 90 mph, until she rolled over and was ejected from the vehicle.

LUIS A. RAMIREZ, 31, of W7941 Creek Road, Delavan, with battery by prisoners. Walworth County sheriff’s deputies say on May 15, Ramirez fought another inmate at the Walworth County Jail after a disagreement stemming from changing the channel on the TV.

AMBER L. REINS, 20, of the Kenosha County Jail, with identity theft by avoidance and obstructing an officer. Lake Geneva police say on April 13, Reins gave someone else’s identifying information during a traffic stop.

JESSICA R. RODRIGUEZ-POREP, 28, of 1613 Hiawatha Drive, Delavan, with attempting to flee an officer, as well as hit-and-run of an unattended vehicle. Williams Bay police say on May 19, she drove away from officers into a ditch and others’ lawns, causing lawn and some home damage, before stop sticks stopped her.

ROBERT B. ROGERS, 54, of 127 N. Walworth St., Unit 3C, Darien, with substantial battery and disorderly conduct. City of Delavan police say on May 16, Rogers knocked a man unconscious with a bar stool during a bar fight, giving the man 10 staples in the back of his head.

KERCHU XIONG, 19, of Milwaukee, with possession with intent to deliver marijuana. Walworth County sheriff’s deputies say on May 15, they conducted a controlled buy of 2 pounds of marijuana from Xiong.
