A 14-YEAR-OLD JANESVILLE BOY at 10:54 a.m. Thursday, referred to juvenile authorities on charges of possession with intent to deliver 200 or fewer grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, including a pot pipe and vape pens, after his mother told police she found marijuana in the boy’s room.


TRESPASSING at 1:22 a.m. Friday at Parker High School, 3125 Mineral Point Ave., Janesville. An 18-year-old man was found “trying to set up a senior prank.” Police let him go with a warning.

SEX OFFENSE to the Rock County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, by the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services. A 14-year-old girl had reported being touched inappropriately by her mother’s boyfriend while they were visiting in the town of Milton on Memorial Day weekend.

SPEEDING at 12:34 a.m. Friday on Highway 26 at County N, town of Milton. Deputies stopped a car going 112 mph in a 65 mph zone.
