ANGELIA LYNN KOOYAM, 38, of 1310 Laramie Lane, No. 2, Janesville, at 5:44 p.m. Sunday at 100 N. Jackson St., Janesville, on charges of manufacturing/delivering schedule I and II narcotics and maintaining a premises/vehicle for drug trafficking.

Intoxicated driving arrests

RANDY B. BIRD, 29, of 10927 N. Washington Road, Edgerton, at 12:58 a.m. Sunday at 11117 N. Goede Road, town of Fulton. It is listed as his second offense. He also was arrested on a charge of endangering safety by intoxicated use of a firearm after admitting he had a shotgun in his vehicle.

TAYLOR L. WALWORTH, 25, of 1722 Morningside Drive, No. 1, Janesville, at 1:36 a.m. Sunday at West Highway 11 and South Old Highway 11, town of Plymouth.

AUSTIN JAMES CHILSON, 23, of 6491 State Road 11, Delavan, at 2:46 a.m. Sunday at West Court Street and North Pearl Street, Janesville. It is listed as his second offense.

DEONATE LAVALLE WILLAIMS, 34, of 1217 Harvey St., Beloit, at 8:28 p.m. Sunday at Center Avenue and Nicolet Street, Janesville. It is listed as his third offense. He also was arrested on a charge of operating after revocation.

ROBERT KERMIT SCARBOROUGH, 65, of 2529 River View Drive, Janesville, at 5:46 p.m. Friday at Willard Avenue and River Street, Janesville. He also was arrested on a hit-and-run charge after striking a stop sign.

BURGLARY reported at 3:50 p.m. Friday in the 8000 block of West County A, town of Center. Since Dec. 15, six batteries worth $900 have been stolen from a victim’s combines. The thefts did about $2,000 in damage.

Walworth County

Charged

RONALD J. WALLACE, 33, of 6507 W. Highway 14, Janesville, with theft of movable property. Town of Geneva police say in May, Wallace signed a $4,000 contract to work on someone’s roof, but when the project was delayed and the victim asked for his money back, Wallace refused. Wallace said he already bought the materials, although police say he also refused to return those items.
