KEVIN BARRIOS, 19, of Grayslake, Illinois, with sexual assault of a child younger than 16. City of Delavan police say on Feb. 26, Barrios was found performing sex acts with a girl he had met on the website Plenty of Fish. Barrios said he thought the girl was 18.

GREGORIE CASTILLO, 61, of Mount Pleasant, with unauthorized use of an entity’s identifying information. Whitewater police say on Nov. 22, Castillo got drunk, accidentally used a corporate credit card to get money and gambled the money away at a Milwaukee casino.

JUSTUS W. LOCK, 17, of W7955 Creek Road, Lot 692, Delavan, with party to two counts of substantial battery, possession of drug paraphernalia and an illegally obtained prescription, disorderly conduct, obstructing an officer, and possession of marijuana. Lake Geneva police say on Dec. 28, Lock was involved in a fight that injured two people and that they later found him in a room with marijuana, pills, at least fifty plastic baggies and drug paraphernalia. Lock also is charged with party to possession with intent to deliver marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia for a Dec. 16 traffic stop where town of Geneva police stopped him with 143 grams of marijuana on his person.

SAMANTHA G. MARTIN, 17, of N9194 Hickory St., East Troy, with possession with intent to deliver marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Town of East Troy police say on Oct. 29, they stopped Martin in a car and found 26.6 grams of marijuana, $60 in cash, seven empty cigar wrappers and other drug paraphernalia.

CORY J. MILLER, 39, of 521 Spring St., Lake Geneva, with false imprisonment and disorderly conduct, both with domestic abuse assessments. Lake Geneva police say on Dec. 17, they came to take Miller into custody, but he refused and kept someone in a home against that person’s will.

KEVIN J. RISHTON, 36, of West Plains, Missouri, with first-degree recklessly endangering safety, misdemeanor battery and disorderly conduct, the latter two with domestic abuse assessments. Walworth County sheriff’s deputies say on Dec. 22, Rishton was upset with how a woman he knows was driving and so he grabbed the wheel, causing the car to lose control and go off the roadway before he hit her in the head several times.

AMANDA M. RODDEN CLAWSON, 25, of N2496 Main St., Darien, with five counts of party to uttering a forgery and one count of party to identity theft for financial gain. City of Delavan police say in May, Rodden Clawson was connected to the theft of checks from a man. Police say four checks were paid to Rodden Clawson for $685 in total.

ISAIAH D. SHREWSBERRY, 17, of Sheboygan, with harboring or aiding a felon and possession of marijuana. City of Delavan police say on Dec. 22, Shrewsberry was driving around with a man who broke another person’s car window after a dispute. Then when police found Shrewsberry two days later, they say they found him with marijuana.
