THEFT reported at 1:34 a.m. Friday in the 500 block of East Church Street, Orfordville. A GMC Sierra was reported stolen.

Walworth County


NICHOLAS F. MILLER, 19, of 539 W. Caine St., No. 203, Whitewater, with three counts of delivering marijuana as well as possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Walworth County sheriff’s deputies say in October and November, they conducted controlled buys of marijuana from Miller. On Dec. 28 they executed a search warrant at his home and found marijuana.

AMANDA M. WEBBER, 41, of N1311 Clover Road, Genoa City, with three counts of identity theft for financial gain. Bloomfield police say in early November, Webber took checks from someone she knew who was in the hospital and wrote them for a total of $288.21.

AARON J. ZELTER, 24, of 33 N. West St., No. 306, Elkhorn, with possession with intent to deliver marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and four counts each of felony and misdemeanor bail jumping. Elkhorn police say on Jan. 13, they found Zelter with five individually wrapped baggies of marijuana. Elkhorn police also say on Jan. 10, Zelter drove while it was still against conditions of his bond for outstanding cases. does not condone or review every comment.
