WATER RESCUE reported at 7:55 p.m. Wednesday after a vehicle stalled in the flooded intersection at Rotamer and Tarrant roads, town of Johnstown. The Milton Fire Department and Rock County sheriff’s deputies responded.


ANGELIA L. KOOYMAN, 38, of 1310 Laramie Lane, No. 2, Janesville, with delivery of narcotics and maintaining a drug trafficking place. She is charged with selling 10 Oxycodone pills to a police informant on April 30, 2017, at Five Points gas station, Janesville.

Walworth County


ALFONSO ANDUAGA-COLIN, 20, of 527 S. Second St., Delavan, with party to possession with intent to deliver marijuana. City of Delavan police say on April 20, they conducted a traffic stop of Anduaga-Colin and someone he knows and found 36.4 grams of marijuana and $3,169.

JOSHUA B. HERSRUD, 35, of 124 E. Walworth Ave., No. 3, Delavan, with four counts of delivering cocaine and one count each of possession of cocaine and marijuana. Walworth County sheriff’s deputies say they conducted controlled buys of crack cocaine in September and January. Police say they executed a search warrant on Feb. 19 and found baggies of crack cocaine and marijuana.

CONSUELO V. VALDES, 45, of 2907 Darlington St., town of Delavan, with party to delivering cocaine. Walworth County sheriff’s deputies say on June 29, they conducted a controlled buy of crack cocaine from someone Valdes knows.
