ELIZABETH S. WHITE, 29, Madison, at 7:30 a.m. Friday, Jan. 26, at 2105 Humes Road, Janesville, on a charge of battery to a public officer.

Charged

TIMOTHY RATCLIFF, 55, of W3718 Springfield Road, Lake Geneva, with escape. Walworth County sheriff’s deputies say on July 25, Ratcliff was scheduled to leave the Walworth County Jail to go to Walgreens to pick up medical items but instead took a cab to his home and did not return to the jail.

SAMANTHA M. ZWICKEY, 20, of Kenosha, with party to possession with intent to deliver marijuana, as well as possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Walworth County sheriff’s deputies say on July 31, they stopped someone driving a car with about 1.5 pounds of marijuana, and that Zwickey was in the car and had received information about how much to sell the marijuana for.

JAMES W. CARTWRIGHT, 53, of 1051 Sixth St., No ½, Beloit, misdemeanor battery, misdemeanor disorderly conduct and misdemeanor obstructing an officer, 120 days jail with Huber. A charge of misdemeanor disorderly conduct was dismissed but read into court records.

ANTHONY D. HUGHES, 44, of 509 E. Milwaukee St., No. 5, Janesville, misdemeanor OWI—second offense, dismissed.

JOSEPH L. OLSON, 32, of 14522 W. Hafemann Road, Brodhead, felony burglary of a building or dwelling, felony misappropriate ID info to obtain money, and misdemeanor possession of cocaine, five years prison.

JEFFREY L. PETERSON, 46, of 2213 S. Pine St., Janesville, felony fraudulent use of financial transaction card, 24 months probation.

DEVYON T. BOND, 29, of 2525 Butlin Drive, Beloit, misdemeanor possession of cocaine, 83 days jail with Huber.

EDWARD D. LUND, 57, of 120 N. River St., No. 308, Janesville, misdemeanor battery and misdemeanor disorderly conduct, dismissed but read into court records.

TYLER D. SYMMONDS, 25, of 1140 Ritsher St., Beloit, felony theft of movable property from person/corpse, three years prison.

PATRICK M. DONNELLY, 35, of 629 E. Milwaukee St., Janesville, felony OWI—sixth offense, two years prison.

WILLIAMS S. CALTENCO-BOLANOS, 22, of 1021 Central Ave., Beloit, misdemeanor OWI—second offense, 30 days jail with Huber.

MIRYYA L. GIBSON, 24, of 2237 Burton St., No. 17, Beloit, misdemeanor OWI—second offense, 10 days jail with Huber, $350. Charge of misdemeanor operating while revoked was dismissed but read into court records.
