PATRICK D. BUTLER, 29, of 8 S. Grant St., Janesville, at 5:37 p.m. Friday at North Territorial Road and North County M, town of Union, on charges of felony possession of a restricted/controlled substance and operating a motor vehicle with a restricted/controlled substance.

Intoxicated driving arrests

PETRA J. BERNABE, 37, Loves Park, Illinois, at 7:08 p.m. Sunday at West Highway 11 and North Roherty Road, town of Center. It was listed as her third arrest on a drunken-driving charge.

DAVID B. HANSON, 56, of 4905 Pitt Road, Afton, at 7:38 p.m. Thursday at South County G and WBR Townline Road, town of Rock.

Reported

BURGLARY reported at 2:04 p.m. Friday in the 300 block of Mowe Street, Orfordville. Video game consoles and games worth hundreds of dollars were reported stolen.

SEX OFFENSE against at 15-year-old Evansville resident reported at 10:34 a.m. Feb. 16 on County C, town of Union. A suspect was identified, but no arrests were made, according to the report.

Accidents

WBR TOWNLINE ROAD AND SOUTH PRAIRIE AVENUE, town of Beloit, at 4:48 p.m. Thursday. Drivers Donald L. Nash, 81, of 5000 S. Driftwood Drive, Janesville, and Steve A. Wallis, 57, of 739 Wheeler Ave., Beloit, both suffered critical injuries and were taken to a local hospital.

Walworth County

Charged

HELENA C. CASILLAS, 43, unknown address, town of Delavan, with two counts of delivering cocaine. Walworth County sheriff’s deputies say on June 29 and Aug. 1, they conducted controlled buys of crack cocaine and regular cocaine from Casillas.

ISAAC D. FRIEDLANDER, 29, of W8542 W. Townline Road, Whitewater, with possession of a controlled substance, narcotic drugs, an illegally obtained prescription and drug paraphernalia. Whitewater police say on Dec. 23, they responded to a reported overdose and found Friedlander passed out with various pills and a syringe on the ground outside the bay doors of the fire department.

JOSE A. GALARZA JR., 29, of 505 Lawson School Road, Delavan, with delivering cocaine and possession of cocaine and drug paraphernalia. Walworth County sheriff’s deputies say in December, they conducted a controlled buy of 61 grams of cocaine from Galarza Jr. before arresting him Feb. 20, when they found cocaine in his home.

CHASE M. LEIN, 18, of Alden, Illinois, with two counts of delivering marijuana. Walworth County sheriff’s deputies say in September and October, they conducted controlled buys of marijuana from Lein.

JAREL L. LEWIS, 27, of Houston, with two counts of identity theft. Walworth County sheriff’s deputies say between May 13 and May 25, 2016, Lewis used financial cards under the names of other people at the Vegas Gentleman’s Club, Darien.

ROBERT SAWALL, 27, of Phoenix, with possession of narcotic drugs and marijuana. Lake Geneva police say on Feb. 21, they responded to the Walmart parking lot for a report of a disorderly subject chasing people and taking his clothes off. Police said Sawall was sleeping on a bench when they talked to him, and they later learned he had heroin and marijuana with him.

Intoxicated driving arrests

STACEY C. MCGUIRE, 38, South Wayne, at 5:29 p.m. Sunday in the W9000 block of County B, town of Cadiz. It is listed as her second arrest on a drunken-driving charge. She also was cited for operating left of center, keeping open intoxicants in a motor vehicle and resisting arrest.
