MATHAIS J. MILLER, 21, no address listed, at 2:11 a.m. Sunday at Milton Avenue and Glen Street after a patrol officer saw Miller make an “unsafe lane deviation.”

Fires

VEHICLE FIRE, reported at 6:44 a.m. at the 8700 block of West Highway 39, town of York. A woman noticed smoke in her vehicle. She pulled over, opened the hood, and saw flames in the engine compartment. Green County sheriff’s deputies and the Blanchardville Fire Department arrived to see the vehicle engulfed in flames. The vehicle sustained heavy damage before firefighters could extinguish the blaze. No one was injured.

KEITH A. PETERSON, 34, of N3615 County K, Side A, Jefferson, misdemeanor OWI—third offense, six months jail with Huber.

JOSHUA C. HOOVER, 38, of 902 Dunbar Road, Janesville, misdemeanor operating while revoked, dismissed.

SHANAYA D. EDGELL, 28, of 1647 Royce Ave., Beloit, misdemeanor obstructing an officer, 45 days jail with Huber.

DAVID WINTERS JR., 32, of 1846 Spruce St., Beloit, misdemeanor OWI—second offense, misdemeanor OWI—third offense and misdemeanor disorderly conduct, 42 days jail with Huber. Charge of misdemeanor criminal damage to property was dismissed but read into court records.

DAVON M. PEACOCK, 29, of 1421 Canyon Drive, No. 16, Janesville, misdemeanor possession of cocaine and misdemeanor battery, 18 months probation.

ANTHONY J. GULLO, 19, of 1439 Randall St., Beloit, misdemeanor obstructing an officer, one year probation.

RUBEN SOTO, 54, of 221 N. Franklin St., No. J, Janesville, felony armed robbery, three years prison. Charges of felony burglary of a building or dwelling, felony second-degree recklessly endangering safety, misdemeanor disorderly conduct, misdemeanor obstructing an officer, and felony threat to law enforcement officer were dismissed but read into court records.

RAVEN C. L. STILLWELL, 26, of 912 Elm St., Beloit, felony child abuse-intentionally cause harm, three years probation.

DYLAN M. DEMROW, 25, of 4232 W. Hanover Road, Janesville, felony vehicle operator flee/elude officer, 15 months prison. Charge of misdemeanor operating while revoked was dismissed but read into court records.

IYON N. PERKINS, 35, of 1723 Mary St., Beloit, felony possess with intent to deliver cocaine, four years prison. Charges of misdemeanor disorderly conduct, misdemeanor criminal damage to property and misdemeanor resisting or obstructing an officer were dismissed but read into court records.

DAVID D. AMEND, 47, of 1133 Milwaukee Road, Beloit, felony child abuse-intentionally cause harm, 90 days jail with Huber.

JEFF L. McCONNELL, 48, of 349 W. Grand Ave., No. 206, Beloit, misdemeanor reckless driving-cause bodily harm, one year probation.

CODY M. CUNNINGHAM, 28, of 353 Swan Lane, Janesville, felony burglary-arm self with dangerous weapon, three years prison.

DARYLSHAN L. PRUITT, 29, of 452 Pearl St., Janesville, misdemeanor theft of movable property and misdemeanor obstructing an officer, 53 days jail with Huber.
