A 16-YEAR-OLD JANESVILLE BOY at 6:53 p.m. Friday at 213 Union St., Janesville, on charges of possession with intent to deliver counterfeit non-narcotics and probation violation.

STEVEN BARRERA, 28, of 125 S. Sixth St., Unit A, Delavan, with unauthorized use of an entity’s identifying information or documents and misdemeanor theft. City of Delavan police say between Sept. 1 and Nov. 10, Barrera used a company credit card for gas, charging $709.92 in total.

WADE F. HENDRICKS, 49, of W7955 Creek Road, No. 414, Delavan, with possession of narcotic drugs and two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping. Walworth County sheriff’s deputies say on Dec. 13, Hendricks violated no-contact orders and was found with Percocet.

LAUREN N. LAMPIGNANO, 32, of Chicago, with identity theft and felony bail jumping. Elkhorn police say on Dec. 14, Lampignano tried to buy a $72,000 car with someone else’s identifying information.

ANTHONY OCHOA, 27, of 136 Hazel St., Whitewater, with delivery of schedule I, II or III non-narcotics. Walworth County sheriff’s deputies say on March 10, they conducted a controlled buy of ecstasy from Ochoa.

VENCEL P. SCHULTZ, 17, of 755½ Main St., Lake Geneva, with exposing a child to harmful material. Lake Geneva police say on Dec. 10, Schultz showed a young girl pornographic images on his phone.

STEPHEN M. STEFFEN, 34, of 213 Williams Street, No. 2, Williams Bay, with strangulation and suffocation and disorderly conduct with domestic abuse assessments. Village of Williams Bay police say on Dec. 4, Steffen got into an argument with a woman he knows and choked her.

JAMIE WHITE, 35, of Racine, with felony retail theft and bail jumping. City of Delavan police say on Sept. 11, White stole $611.96 worth of items, including a few Fitbits, from Kohl’s in Delavan.
