Intoxicated driving arrests

JOHN HARMAN, 26, of 8029 Jack Lane, Jessup, Maryland, at 11:41 a.m. Friday at the intersection of Highway 59 and Ellendale Road, town of Fulton. The arrest was listed as his second on a drunken-driving charge. He also was cited for abusing a hazardous substance.

JUAN ARRIAGA, 61, of 1002 Ravine St., Janesville, at 9:35 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of highways 51 and 11, town of Rock. The arrest was listed as his third on a drunken-driving charge.


INTERSECTION OF DELAVAN DRIVE AND CENTER AVENUE, JANESVILLE, at 12:16 p.m. Thursday. A vehicle driven by Daniel W. Fus, 33, of 658 E. High St., Milton, rear-ended a vehicle driven by Jeffrey R. Hartin, 42, of 1817 Schaller St., Janesville. This caused Hartin’s vehicle to hit a vehicle driven by Edward C. Nunn, 77, of 6219 S. Highway 51, Janesville. Hartin and Nunn were stopped on Center Avenue. Fus and his passenger, Mathew Scott Carter, 29, of 2111 King St., Janesville, were transported to Mercy Hospital and Trauma Center, Janesville, with suspected injuries.

WEST RACINE STREET BETWEEN SOUTH RIVER ROAD AND SOUTH FRANKLIN STREET, JANESVILLE, at 9:07 p.m. Friday, Nov. 10. A vehicle driven by James H. Mayo Jr., 58, of 10739 E. County MM, Avalon, crossed the center line traveling eastbound on West Racine Street and struck a utility pole.
