PAUL T. JOLLY, 41, of 2608 E. Pleasant Road, Milton, with burglary and possession of narcotics. He is accused of taking an estimated $3,500 worth of power tools from a workshop on West County A in November and of possessing a small amount of heroin at the time of his arrest Thursday.

Walworth County


DON M. HALE JR., 29, of W5127 Hawkhunter Road, Elkhorn, with second-degree sexual assault. Walworth County sheriff’s deputies say on Dec. 9, Hale brought an intoxicated woman into a bathroom, locked the door and was found having sex with her despite people outside the bathroom hearing the woman saying “I don’t want it” and “no.”

KEVIN J. HOGAN, 24, of Pell Lake, with repeater counts for possession with intent to deliver cocaine near a youth center, misdemeanor intimidation of a witness, possession of an illegally obtained prescription, possession of a controlled substance and disorderly conduct. City of Delavan police say on Dec. 12, they found Hogan with a crack rock in his pocket before he made threats to a woman he knows. Hogan was also found with Xanax and $642 in cash, police say.

JOSHUA A. KHAN, 40, of 353 Tyrrell Court, No. 109, Delavan, with party to substantial battery, disorderly conduct and felony bail jumping. City of Delavan police say on Nov. 29, Khan helped beat up a man who ended up with “mildly displaced fractures of the nasal bones” and multiple stitches.

JOHN L. KIM, 31, of 493 Hartwell St., No. 10, with election fraud as voting by a disqualified person. The Wisconsin Election Commission said on April 5, 2016, Kim voted while on probation for an identity theft conviction.

CHRISTOPHER A. SHAWHAN, 28, of 72C Potawatomi Road, Williams Bay, with physical abuse of a child. Village of Williams Bay police say on Dec. 18, Shawhan picked up a child and slammed the child onto a mattress, causing a small cut to the child’s head. does not condone or review every comment.
