KEVIN M. MCINERNEY, 38, of 1524 Racine St., Janesville, at 1:06 p.m. Saturday in the 400 block of North Pearl Street, Janesville.

Fires

CAR FIRE, reported at 1:57 a.m. Saturday at Linn Street and Rockport Road, Janesville. A 1998 Isuzu Trooper was set on fire. The fire was started in the driver’s seat. The Janesville Fire Department is investigating.

Accidents

HIGHWAY 14 AND COUNTY A, Janesville at 4:40 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 16. A car driven by Janet D. Bilveskovic, 55 of Rockford was westbound on Highway 14 when she went through a red light at County A and struck a car driven by Edward F. Kos, 51, of 1147 N. Pontiac Drive, Janesville. The car flipped over and slid into a car driven by Luis Garrido, 21, of 2506 N. Pontiac Drive, Janesville. Bilveskovic was reported transported for medical attention. She was cited for failure to stop at a red light. Kos and Garrido were cited for operating without a valid driver’s license.

CAPELLA DRIVE, Janesville, at 10 p.m. Tuesday. A car driven by Sara M. Nerad, 16, was southbound on Capella Drive when she reached down to change a song on her phone and collided with a parked car. Nerad was reported transported for medical attention. She was cited for inattentive driving.

Rock County Court

ZACHARY G. TUCKER, 26, of 11220 S. Smythe School Road, Beloit, felony possession of heroin, five years probation. Charges of misdemeanor battery, misdemeanor retail theft, misdemeanor criminal damage to property, and misdemeanor disorderly conduct were dismissed but read into court records.

KIRSTEN R. OAKES, 24, of 338 Cherry St., Janesville, felony strangulation and suffocation and felony burglary of a building or dwelling, three years prison. Charge of misdemeanor theft of movable property was dismissed but read into court records.

JOSEPH T. MAWHINNEY, 63, of 2047 Ravine St., Janesville, misdemeanor OWI—fourth offense, 60 days jail with Huber.

LAWRENCE M. TAORMINO, 41, of 408 Prospect Ave., Janesville, felony OWI—fifth offense, two years prison.

WENDY K. COOK, 50, of 218 W. Dawson Ave., Beloit, misdemeanor disorderly conduct, 18 months probation.

NANDO M. ENIS, 21, of 713 Yuba St., Janesville, misdemeanor disorderly conduct, dismissed but read into court records.

JOHNATHAN M. D. GREENWOOD, 25, of 3506 Park View Drive, Janesville, felony maintain drug trafficking place, 270 days jail with Huber. Charge of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed but read into court records.

BROOKE A. KEENA, 33, of 1309 Hackett St., Beloit, misdemeanor neglecting a child, 120 days jail with Huber. Charges of felony second-degree recklessly endangering safety, felony manufacture/deliver schedule I and II narcotics, felony possession of narcotic drugs, misdemeanor possession of cocaine, misdemeanor possession of controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia were dismissed but read into court records.

JASON J. CRAMER, 37, of 1220 Ravine St., Janesville, felony criminal damage to property, misdemeanor battery and misdemeanor disorderly conduct, three years probation. Charges of misdemeanor disorderly conduct and misdemeanor receiving or concealing stolen property were dismissed but read into court records.

AARON L. JENKINS, 55, of 250 Beach Ave., Beloit, misdemeanor battery and misdemeanor disorderly conduct, nine months jail with Huber. Charges of felony strangulation and suffocation and felony false imprisonment were dismissed.
