MITCHEL J. DISCH, 36, of 210 C St., Footville, misdemeanor battery, misdemeanor disorderly conduct and felony strangulation and suffocation, dismissed.

AMARIO L. PETTIS, 51, of 210 Riverside St., Janesville, felony operating with prohibited alcohol content, three years, six months prison. Charges of felony OWI – fifth or sixth offense, felony operating with restricted controlled substance and misdemeanor operating while revoked were dismissed but read into court records.

KENNETH B. SMITH, 27, of 32 S. Main St., No. B, Janesville, felony armed robbery and felony theft by false representation, five years prison.

MARCUS T. FREEMAN, 38, of 1131 Central Ave., Beloit, misdemeanor possession of cocaine and misdemeanor resisting or obstructing an officer, two year probation. Charge of felony first-degree recklessly endangering safety was dismissed but read into court records.

SAMUEL SUMMERVILLE JR., 43, of 1620 Fayette Ave., Beloit, felony intimidate victim/threaten force, misdemeanor unlawful phone use-threaten harm, felony aggravated battery-intend great bodily harm, and misdemeanor battery, four years prison. Charges of misdemeanor disorderly conduct, felony second-degree reckless injury, and misdemeanor criminal damage to property were dismissed but read into court records.

PETER A. HIRSCH, 27, of 1046 Summerhill Drive, Janesville, misdemeanor OWI – second offense, 120 days jail with Huber.

KRISTOPHER G. BEEMAN, 21, of 557 Locust St., Beloit, misdemeanor disorderly conduct, 18 months probation. Charge of felony strangulation and suffocation was dismissed but read into court records.

JAMES G. COOK, 53, of 1947 Mckinley Ave., Beloit, felony homicide by negligent operation of vehicle, two years, six months prison. Charges of felony homicide by vehicle due to controlled substance and felony injury by vehicle due to controlled substance were dismissed.
