The Rock County Sheriff’s Office recently announced that it has hired two new correctional officers. They are:

Taran Kobs, who was hired as a correctional officer Nov. 6. He graduated from Parker High School and earned a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice/forensic investigation from UW-Platteville.

Cody Peterson, who was hired as a correctional officer Nov. 17. He graduated from DeKalb High School, DeKalb, Illinois, and earned an associate degree in criminal justice from Kishwaukee College in Malta, Illinois. does not condone or review every comment.
