The Rock County Sheriff’s Office recently announced that it has hired two new correctional officers. They are:
Taran Kobs, who was hired as a correctional officer Nov. 6. He graduated from Parker High School and earned a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice/forensic investigation from UW-Platteville.
Cody Peterson, who was hired as a correctional officer Nov. 17. He graduated from DeKalb High School, DeKalb, Illinois, and earned an associate degree in criminal justice from Kishwaukee College in Malta, Illinois.
