Max Gagin, assistant to Janesville City Manager Mark Freitag, received the Wisconsin City/County Management Association’s Outstanding Program Award for 2017.

The award was presented at the WCMA conference June 23 in Wisconsin Dells. The recognition is for the city’s Park Place Performs program.

Park Place Performs is an online performance dashboard that helps city officials and the public track the progress of the city’s strategic goals through graphical and interactive performance data.
