Political commentator John Nichols will speak on “How to Renew Progressivism in Wisconsin” at a Janesville event Wednesday.

Nichols will speak to the Rock County Progressives at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at Basics Cooperative Natural Foods Store, 1711 Lodge Drive. Doors open at 6 p.m.

Nichols is associate editor of the Capital Times and national-affairs correspondent for The Nation magazine.
