A Sharon couple pleaded not guilty to firearm and drug charges, court records show.

Cody J. Lenard, 23, faces the most serious charges after federal and local police raided the couple’s apartment last month, according to the criminal complaint.

He pleaded not guilty Jan. 12 to repeater counts of possession of an illegally obtained prescription, drug paraphernalia and firearm by a felon, court records show.

Erica A. Lenard, 31, whose case the court declined to dismiss, pleaded not guilty to a charge of party to possession of drug paraphernalia, according to court records.

The Lenards were sentenced in May to three years of probation on methamphetamine charges.

Erica is next due in court at 8:30 a.m. Feb. 9 for a status conference. Cody also has a status conference scheduled for 1:15 p.m. Feb. 15, but he is also scheduled for a March jury trial.
