A Lake Geneva man charged with seventh-offense OWI admitted to taking unknown medications and drinking alcohol before police stopped him, according a criminal complaint filed in Walworth County Court.

Lake Geneva police say Kenneth L. Hagge Jr., 42, of 135 W. Main St., No. 121, almost struck a mailbox before they stopped him at about 8:18 p.m. Nov. 14 at South Street and Rolling Lane in Lake Geneva, according to the complaint. Police found several cans of beer in the car.

Results from a blood test are pending.

Hagge was convicted for OWI violations in 1996, 1999, 2002 twice, 2005 and 2009, the complaint states.
