An Elkhorn couple pleaded not guilty Monday to prostitution charges, court records show.

Nicole Nosek and Scott Nosek both waived their preliminary hearings and pleaded not guilty.

Nicole faces eight counts of prostitution and one count each of keeping a place of prostitution and causing mental harm to a child. Scott is charged with allowing use of place for prostitution and causing mental harm to a child.

Nicole told police she had been prostituting herself out of her home for years, according to court documents.

Eight men were recently charged with soliciting her services.

The Noseks are next due in court at 1:15 p.m. Jan. 31 for a status conference.
