ELKHORN—A Delavan woman admitted to smoking the synthetic cannabinoid K2 and then driving in 2015, and she is now charged with fourth-offense OWI, according to a criminal complaint filed in Walworth County Court.

Walworth County sheriff's deputies say on Feb. 16, 2015, Kimberly A. Faltinson, 31, of 820 Parish Court, No. 4D, drove while intoxicated on Highway 12 at Townline Road in the town of Lyons, according to the complaint filed Dec. 7.

Deputies say Faltinson drove 20 mph in a 55 mph zone, the complaint states.

Faltinson was previously convicted of three OWI violations in 2014, according to the complaint.
