A Darien man who is already facing a sixth-offense intoxicated driving charge was caught driving while intoxicated again this week, according to a criminal complaint filed in Walworth County Court.

Prosecutors again charged Gregory M. Nettekoven, 66, of N2451 Temperance Trail, with sixth-offense OWI after Walworth County sheriff’s deputies said Nettekoven drove while intoxicated at about 3:29 p.m. Wednesday, according to the complaint. Deputies said he stopped on County X at Temperance Trail in the town of Sharon.

Nettekoven admitted to drinking a couple of beers, the complaint states. Results from a blood test are pending.

Nettekoven also was accused of driving while intoxicated Nov. 29. He has previous OWI convictions in 1998, 2001, 2007, 2013 and 2014, according to the complaint.
