-- BRUCE K. AUSTIN, 51, Durand, Ill., with felony failure to report to jail. He was ordered to report to the Rock County Jail on Jan. 11.
-- THOMAS J. RANKINS, 31, of 1311 Forest Ave., Beloit, with strangulation, battery and disorderly conduct. All three charges carry domestic abuse enhancers. He is accused of choking a woman and pounding her head into a truck window in December in the town of Beloit.
-- ALBERT C. BELANGER, 29, no fixed address, with felony child abuse. He is accused of hitting and shoving a small child in November in Janesville.
