- JANALL A. HARRIS, 28, of 2317 Burbank Ave., Janesville, at 8:30 p.m. Friday at home on a charge of strangulation and suffocation with a domestic violence rider. Harris is accused of strangling a 25-year-old woman he knows. The woman was treated and released at Mercy Hospital and Trauma Center.

- BURGLARY AND THEFT, reported at 6:15 a.m. Friday in the 1900 S. Walnut Street, Janesville. A bicycle valued at $500 was reported taken from a garage.
