Janesville man faces fifth OWI arrest

A Janesville man was arrested for the fifth time on an intoxicated-driving charge Monday.
Jan R. Kustow, 51, of 337 S. Main St. Apt. C, also was arrested for driving with a revoked license.
Police were called at 4:52 p.m. Monday to a report of a woman creating a disturbance at It's A Keeper Bait and Tackle, 815 S. Washington St.
Officers were told the woman got into the back of a black Dodge truck, and officers stopped the truck at Washington Street and Rockport Road. Kustow, the driver, displayed signs of intoxication and admitted he had consumed intoxicants, according to a police news release.
