A Clinton man was arrested Monday for the fifth time on an intoxicated-driving charge.

Jack D. Tuls, 70, of Clinton also was cited for driving with a revoked license.

Rock County sheriff's deputies were dispatched at 5:28 p.m. Monday to the area of Bradford-Townhall Road and Highway 140 for a report of a pickup truck in the ditch and a man passed out behind the wheel.

Deputies reported Tuls had a strong odor of intoxicants and admitted to consuming alcohol earlier in the day.
